Water Conservation

Mrs Stivens came from Masterguard this morning.  She talked to us about how we get water and how the water cycle works.  We had some great ideas about how to save water.  Here are some of them:

1.Put a bucket beside you in the shower and use that water in the garden.

2. Don't spend too long in the shower.

3. Put a bucket out to collect rain water and save it for the garden

And lastly, it's a good idea to have a water timer so you don't leave your garden hoses on too long.

  1. She taught you well. To teach the value of rain conservation, you have to go back to the beginning. You have to go back to science and how harmful UV rays are. That way, you can help kids get the relation between these two things.
